Mount hood


At this time I would like to introduce you a travel mount hood namely, Wy'east called by the Multnomah tribe, is a stratovolcano in the Cascade volcanic Arc of northern Oregon, was formed by subduction zones and is located in the Pacific Northwest United States region. It is located about 50 miles (80 km) east-southeast of Portland, on the border between Clackamas and Hood River country.

Mount Hood's snow-covered peak rises 11,249 feet (3,429 m)

Timberline Lodge National Historic Landmark is located on the southern slopes of Mount Hood in the bottom of the Palmer glacier.

Mountain has six ski areas: Timberline, Mount Hood Meadows, Ski Bowl, Cooper Spur, Snow Bunny and Summit. They total more than 4600 acres 7.
